XBMC Schokkerige beelden oplossen

Een vraag of probleem wat ik veel zie terugkomen is dat XBMC 9.11 schokt bij het afspelen van video. Ik wil iedreeen die hier problemen mee heeft daarom aanraden deze tutorial te lezen:
