ASRock ion3D 152B problems with HDMI sound

Hi,

I am pretty new to xbmc and there raised a few questions.
I first installed xbmcbuntu with XBMC eded Beta1. Here I set the audio settings in XBMC to both custom plughw:1,7 and this worked perfect. After I upgraded as described here (sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade) I could not play any DVD anymore. So I installed new with Beta2. DVD played again with audio on Plug:both. I got problems in sound and movies who got hung. I changed audio settings to plughw:1,3. Problme seems to be over but happened again only a lot later.

Anyone any suggestions?

Further I see that xbmsbuntu is suited for ASRock ion3d 152b (XBMCbuntu-v28.zip, currently running) But there is one special for NVidia ION (XBMCbuntu-v29.zip) wich one is the best to use in my case?
