Policykit fixes for Maverick builds

Developer theuni committed a couple of patches to both the trunk and the Dharma branch. This means we can expect XBMC packages for Maverick (ubuntu 10.10) very soon. Hopefully we’ll see a Maverick build with the next beta or release candidate. More info:

    Hi,

sorry but what does this do to XBMC ? What is Maverick?

I googled on Maverick, only found that a specific build of Linux was called that way…

    thanks for any insights :)

well, LiveFreak-xbmc is based on XBMC running on Ubuntu-linux. So guess what? A new linux release called MAVERICK is out. People would like to see FreakLive XBMC to implement new maverick features.
But untill now it wasn´t working out;;and now Theuni found out why. So a solution is nigh… (Hopefully) We will just wait and see what Piethein comes up with :)
