OpenElec support VAAPI (XVBA) – AMD Fusion

OpenElec is Linux distributie that aims to be as small as possible and to boot from very small flash systems. A major improvement is the support of VA-API. This will allow AMD Fusion system to accelerate. The dev’s are using a ASUS E35M1-I-Deluxe motherboard to show this. More info on:

    OpenElec is eigenlijk al helemaal klaar voor Fusion. Er zijn nog wat kleine dingetjes die gedaan moeten worden om XBMC compleet te krijgen voor fusion.
    Daarvoor zijn ze natuurlijk nog druk op zoek naar een Fusion test systeem. Dus mochten er nog donators zijn… :) XBMCFreak/XBMC/OpenElec gebruikers zullen hier allemaal profijt bij hebben.

    OpenElec is echt ideaal. Dit is zoals XBMC Live zou moeten zijn.
