Mac Mini 2011

Apple released a new model of it’s Mac Mini. The dvd player has been dropped and the new model features a faster Intel Core i5 processor. The new mac mini features a Intel HD Graphics 3000 or a AMD Radeon HD 6630M GPU. A Thunderbolt port is also added to this new system

The new mac mini features Lion OSX, with some known issues with XBMC. Video acceleration and Windows filesharing are broken at this moment. More info: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?t=105915

    I wish that Apple would someday make a “AppleTV HD” model using the mac mini. They should run IOS on it with a XBMC/Plex like interface. One can only dream :(
