ION2 optimized branch

I noticed the following forum post on the XBMC forum (see details below). Many improvements were made on the vdpau part which allows XBMC to use the GPU to accelerate movies and so on. This version fixed all the ION2 stutter issues according to some users. More info below:

    The older ION should also benefit from these improvements. So it’s not “only ION2″.

    Thanks Gujs never heard of openelec till now will give it a go.

    The openelec build is booting but i cant change settings in xbmc. How to change audio settings ?

    Hi, this was a bug in xbmc-pvr. I will do newer build in a few days which will have this problem solved.

    download build from openelec site http://releases.openelec.tv/OpenELEC-ION.i386-0.99.5.tar.bz2 and then run the ‘create_installstick.bat’ (windows of course) to make a usb installer. Please bear in mind that openelec installer will not take existing partitions into consideration and just installs so wont have dual boot.
