Found the following bord: Asus AT3IONT-I

This bord does not have any active fan on it. Anyone experience with this one?

Specs:  Atom N330 cpu, max. 4GB RAM (1066/800 MHz DDR3 dual-channel), ALC887 6+2Ch. HD-Audio, Gigabit LAN, analog D-Sub out, S/PDIF out (optical), 3 analog audio in/out ports, PS/2 keyboard port.
