Another Nuvoton livecd soon
Now the remote for the asrock ion330 machines seems to work using the latest livecd (one post below) I’ll start shipping another livecd. This release will include later drivers (x-swat). More info to follow soon!
Explanation about the different XBMC 10.00 versions
Here’s some explanation about the different versions:
XBMCFreak 10.00 msremote versions
This livecd is based on Ubuntu 10.04 (Lucid). It features XBMC 10.00 and many more extra’s like makemkv, proftpd, sabnzb, etc. There only support for the Microsoft USB compatible controllers. Asrock ION330 users are able to use this livecd but they should care with the nuvoton remotes themselves.
XBMCFreak 10.00 nuvoton versions
This livecd is based on Ubuntu 10.04 (Lucid). It features XBMC 10.00 and many more extra’s like makemkv, proftpd, sabnzb, etc. Goal is to make the remote for Asrock ION330 users to work out of the box!
XBMCFreak 10.00 maverick versions
This livecd is based on Ubuntu 10.10 (Maverick). It features later kernels, better drivers and so on. It also features XBMC 10.00 and all the extra’s like makemkv, proftpd, sabnzb, etc. No support for the remote of the Asrock ION330 yet.
Acer Revo 100 now for sale
